A superb A5 photograph personally signed by City cult hero Colin Hendry, obtained at a private in-person signing.

Very few central defenders achieved the popularity Colin Hendry enjoyed during his relatively brief spell at Maine Road between 1989 and 1991. His wholehearted commitment, unmistakable presence and ability to contribute at the other end of the pitch quickly made him a huge favourite with the City faithful.

Hendry scored an impressive 10 goals in 77 appearances during that spell, remarkable figures for a centre-half, and became one of those rare defenders to achieve genuine cult-hero status with supporters.

Strong, uncompromising and never afraid to put himself where it hurt, Hendry represented so much of what City supporters loved about that era. His performances and character ensured that although his initial spell at the club was relatively short, he left a lasting impression on the Maine Road faithful.

This A5 photograph has been personally signed by Colin Hendry at a private signing, giving the item excellent provenance, and comes complete with a Certificate of Authenticity.
