Description

Official matchday programme from Manchester City’s first-ever FA Cup First Round fixture, against Halifax Town on Friday 13th November 1998.

Following City’s relegation to the third tier of English football for the first time in the club’s history, the 1998/99 season also brought another unfamiliar experience: entering the FA Cup at the First Round stage.

This original programme comes complete with the official match ticket from the game, making the pair a particularly special piece of Manchester City history and an excellent addition for any programme collector or City enthusiast.

The programme itself is in fantastic condition and has an excellent provenance, having been sourced by Mark on the day of the fixture.
