Description

A fantastic original 1993–95 Manchester City Umbro home shirt, featuring a Niall Quinn #9 name and number set to the reverse.

One of the great Manchester City shirts of the mid-1990s, this classic sky-blue Umbro design features the famous Brother sponsor, distinctive patterned sleeve trim and the subtle tonal geometric detailing woven into the shirt.

Worn across the 1993–94 and 1994–95 Premier League campaigns, this shirt comes from the Maine Road era under Brian Horton and is closely associated with a memorable generation of City players.

The reverse features QUINN #9, celebrating popular Irish striker Niall Quinn, one of City’s most recognisable players of the period.

This genuine original period replica is a size Extra Large (XL) and is presented in fantastic condition for its age. Shirts from this era are becoming increasingly difficult to find, particularly examples that retain such strong overall presentation.

As with all genuine vintage garments of this age, there may be minor age-related wear or small imperfections consistent with its age. Any significant individual defects will always be clearly identified in the description and photographs.

This is an original period shirt, not a modern retro reproduction.

Personally sourced by Mark for City Nostalgia & Memorabilia, the shirt will be supplied with a Letter of Provenance.

A superb piece of Maine Road-era Manchester City history and a highly desirable shirt for both City supporters and collectors of original 1990s football shirts.
